First litter of our fifth generation and Avril's first one, we found in Bentley everything we wanted for this great moment.

Born Mar 20, 2015, Bentley finished his Championship handily taking Best of Breed every time and a Group second in his very first all breed show. He won Best in Specialty Show in 2019 over many worthy Flatcoats under breeder judge Kirsi Nieminen from Finland! Judges Comments : Racy dog with lovely outlines, so balanced all over, excellent topline, masculine elegant head, excellent neck & shoulders, excellent body, well angulated front & rear, moves with drive. Beautiful breedtype, never stops showing. Bentley is a drivey but well mannered boy with a very sweet dispostion.

As for Avril, she was the pick girl of the 'Peter Pan' litter of April 19 2018. Her mother is Blanche's and her father is Cosmo (Fieldday Kurios).

She has good bones, a really nice head and she also has really good abilities for work. She is a funny dog and a bit crazy sometimes! Lots of attitude there! She loves water.

According to Carl Sagan, “You have to know the past to understand the present”, so the future here at Knightcastle looks pretty bright for Bentley and Avril!

Avril received all her OFA clearances in February 2021. She was bred to Bentley in November 2021.

On January 16 2022, Avril delivered 8 puppies, 2 males and 6 females, all healthy but we lost little yellow girl. At eight weeks old, we decided to keep the one we were following from Day 1, the little 'Pink' girl, who is now known as Macha.
