Forrest & Holly

On August 8th while Holly was on her day 7 of her first time in season since 'the Legends' litter, I was surprised on how fast my little Forrest was to see an oportunity to breed with Holly. Couldn't stop it, it was too late. They did it in front of me!

So this is the result of the first line-breeding for Knightcastle. In fact, the advantage of that breeding is that I know exactly what to expect out of it: Forrest and Holly have the best temperament of all my dogs, plus their personal styles is giving an outstanding litter with fantastic heads. Maybe Knightcastle's best litter so far!

Forrest and Holly have the best temperement of all my dogs, plus their personal styles will give an outstanding litter with fantastic heads.

They went in Québec, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta and Florida.

This litter gave me stylish and graceful puppies, full of energy and tenderness at the same time, but also great working dogs and excellent representatives for the breed. Out of this litter came two great dogs:

I kept a baby girl, Miss Blanche (CH Knightcastle Seven Of Nine). She was wearing the red collar. She is the perfect mix between her mother Holly and her father Forrest and already have breeding plans for 2018 with her.

A super boy, Luka (Can GCH Knightcastle Jean-Luc Picard) is in Kamloops (BC) with long time flatcoat owners Diana and Bruce. He was wearing the orange collar. He earned his Canadian Championship on February 23 2017 and is Knightcastle's first Grand Champion, earning his title on July 30 2017 at only 19 months old!

Commitment to the breed

Each litter is carefully planned considering the quality, health clearances, the pedigree and also the accomplishments of the dogs involved. Knightcastle is not breeding for one specific goal or purpose and has a litter on the ground mainly to fulfill its own requirement, not to accommodate the demands.
