Cosmo & Blanche - Pending OFA

The next chapter in Knightcastle's and part of the fourth generation will be written by Miss Blanche (Can CH Knightcastle Seven Of Nine).

For the first time in a long time, I'm going totally out of the kind of pedigree I usually work with. The main reason for that is to introduce again British bloodlines, following Hopper's litter of 2016. With all the hard work and good dogs behind my little Blanche, I wanted the same of her first boyfriend and I am proud to announce that the Sire of this litter will be Cosmo (Fieldday Kurios).

According to Cosmo's breeder, he's a typical active and enthusiastic Flatcoat without being over exhuberant. This affectionate, sweet and happy boy fits right in wherever he goes, respectful of the other dogs when joining in their play and the best big brother to puppies… and children too. His motto is to please!

This breeding also brings back 'Nemo' (Can/Am Ch Blacfriar Nautilus Capt'n Can WCI JH, Can/Am CDX) in the pedigree, Blanche's great-great-grand-dad. 'Nemo' the first flatcoat I've seen, a gorgeous dog!

Speaking of Blanche, she has become a special dog, taking an active and serious role in my pack. Over time, she lost her grand-mother Céleste and her uncle Baxter, replacing them with grace, and is currently my best dog in the house. She's a well balanced female with a flawless temperament and has an awesome head.

Back in 2001, I got my very first flatcoat, Darwin (Can OTCHX Fieldday Charles Darwin JH WCI CGN HIT DiscDog / Am CDX), from Fieldday Kennel.

Black puppies only are expected. Already all spoken for.

Commitment to the breed

Each litter is carefully planned considering the quality, health clearances, the pedigree and also the accomplishments of the dogs involved. Knightcastle is not breeding for one specific goal or purpose and has a litter on the ground mainly to fulfill its own requirement, not to accommodate the demands.
