Am/Can CH Knightcastle Graceful Hopper

I could not resist on including my little 'lime girl' from the 'Great scientists' litter into my breeding program. May I present you Hopper, who also belongs to long time flatcoat owner Gordon W Miller in Vermont (USA).

I was very happy when Gordon contacted me for a puppy, but even more when he agreed to include this special little girl into my own breeding program and insure Knightcastle's future. No rush, we'll see what she will give us, one step at the time.

Hopper came to the FCRSC specialty in August 2013 in Brockville ON and she did good, like her sister Kia. She then went to the American flat-coated specialty in St. Louis in April 2015 and received lots of compliments. With a nice 3 points major, she gracefully finished her Canadian Championship on September 20 2015. All her points were made in the 'Bred By Exhibitor' class.

Hopper obtained her American Championship very easily on July 30 2016 mostly with majors. Her and her uncle Baxter are the only Knightcastle dogs to have both championships: Canadian and American.

She was the first to open her eyes and also the first one to swim in the creek. She is very well balanced, has good bones and has a very smooth temperament. She has a nice top line and exactly the kind of heads I like, the Knigtcastle ones!

Hopper was bred to Darwin (Am CH Bramatha The Under Graduate JH) in September 2016 and delivered eight puppies on November 18 2016 for her first litter.

Hopper is a full time part of the Knightcastle family and a great representative of the bread. I'm really proud of her. Currently planning a second and last litter for her in 2018.

Pedigree

Commitment to the breed

Each litter is carefully planned considering the quality, health clearances, the pedigree and also the accomplishments of the dogs involved. Knightcastle is not breeding for one specific goal or purpose and has a litter on the ground mainly to fulfill its own requirement, not to accommodate the demands.
